Inkompetentes Bahnpersonal. Konnten ein Problem mit einem Ticket was sich nicht ausdrucken lies nicht lösen. Selbst auf die Problemlösung gegangen und einen alternativen Weg gefunden. Die Service-Mitarbeiter hätten den Weg aber wissen müssen, ist ihr Job.
