I don’t get why this residence is so hyped. The only reason i may find is the fact that there is a really nice rooftop open area where you can chill and do parties. Unfortunately i was staying there in Winter, so rooftop had no use for me. The area is pretty nice, lots of restaurants, cafes and stores. As good as it can get. The main problem for me was the room, the elevator and the laundry room. I was staying in the 5th floor while the laundry room was in the -2. The elevator is so slow i wanted to kill myself everytime i used it. The machines in the laundry machine are often broken or simply crazy. It was pretty annoying. The tiny fridge in the room sounded like an old Boeing 747. I never understood how such a tiny machine could make such a sound, i wish my 5.1 home cinema could make such intense sounds. The kitchen is the common area on the ground floor was nice tough! I feel that considering the price they charge a few renovations could be done. If you go there around summer time it should be Good, i would just recommend not to stay in the 5th floor, apparently in lower levels the rooms have balconies (i did not have it) and you get rid of the annoying elevator as it may be easier to use the stairs instead. Last advice: check the fridge when you check in for the 1st time!

Nice room, very clean and a good location Girl at reception very nice too. A lot of Restaurants around and quick way to the City.
Have stayed at couva two times now, and I love it there. The rooms are so nice, and I love the location. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Comfortable rooms, decent Wi-Fi, friendly staff. No gym present, although it says so on the website.
