Although they are quite helpful in terms of face to face communication, their sells service is kinda horrible. After buying a service, it takes several weeks or even month of knocking(over phone or face to face communication) just to get the connectivity which they meant to provide within one or two weeks. As a customer who already paid for the service, this is really frustrating.

Obwohl ich Langjährige r Kunde bei Telecolumbus bin wurde mir hier bei einem Problem nicht geholfen. Telecolumbus kann ich nicht empfehlen
Naja könnte besser sein aber vodafone hat mehr für den gleichen Preis anzubieten...
keine regelmäßigen Öffnungszeiten, Letzte Woche Mittwoch und Freitag keinen Verantwortlichen angetroffen, wenn jemand da ist keine zufrieden stellende Bedienung.
Die Öffnungszeiten ein Graus!
