English/Español - PCR Test UPDATE: tests results arrive AT LEAST after 48 hours, said their staff after waiting 50 hours!!!! When I took the test they said 36 hours. If you have a flight in less that 48 hours you won't get the results on time. My results arrived after 58 hours and couldn't take my flight. I want my money back! Test result 24-36 hours? IT'S A LIE!!!! I've been waiting now almost 52 hours and the only thing I've received is an email saying that they are delayed and I shouldn't contact them. I know for sure I am not the only one... Read the terms and conditions, they don't guarantee the 36 hour deadline and they don't give you any money back, so 50 for nothing. BTW their hotline is off and the inbox is full, full of complaints probably... so imagine the size of this mess. Already sent a complaint to verbraucherzentrale.de Los resultados no están listos en 36 horas. Llevo esperando 52 horas. Me enviaron un email diciendo que tienen retrasos. No os creáis que el resultado del 98% de los casos llegan antes de las 36 horas, es MENTIRA. En la letra pequeña no garantizan las 36 horas. Si no me llegan los resultados en 2 horas no podré volar y tendré que cambiar el vuelo, lo que va a acarrear más gastos. Centogene es otra compañía que hace tests, es más caro pero llegan a los plazos de tiempo.

They claim that they send the results under 36h in 98% of cases, but I got the results of the PCR test after more than 48 hours (I guess my case is within the remaining 2%). After 36h they just sent a generic e-mail saying that there was a delay and that results will be sent as soon as they are available. The day after, I called them several times to ask about the results and nobody would pick up the phone. While this might have been an exception, I would not trust them again. They are cheaper than other options out there, but I'd rather pay a bit more and get the results reliably in 24h. Luckily I got the results in time for my flight, but I would not recommend them if you need the test to travel and need the results in a timely manner.

When we went there testing, results were predicted 24-36 hours. Now an hour shy of 48 hours and nothing. We will miss our flight and it will cost us a lot to amend travels. The 2% exception is not true. They simply take on too many orders (more revenue) and then do not deliver in time. Many others are in the same situation right now independently from us. Horrible customer service and quality. Go and use a trusted provider in these uncertain times who takes care of you.

Well, we‘re out 200 (400, actually, 200 each) having missed our flight 50 hours after we were told we would have their results in 24-36h. A dozen people at the gate in the same situation. Avoid these people at all costs. Update: my test arrived last night; 3 hours after my flight left and 53 hours after I took the test. My partner‘s still hasn’t arrived, and we are coming up on 64 hours. We could have left this morning, but no. Other test finally came at 67 hours (note that PCR tests are generally only good for 72 hours).

As many others, didn't receive the test result in promised 36 hours, it arrived after 53 hours, causing troubles flying to another country and becoming completely useless. Support answers too late with a standard apology. Update: After requesting a refund by email received an answer that explains that they are not liable for delays, but also an apology and an offer to do another PRC there for free.

Awful experience! We received the PCR results 60h later (when 24-36h was promised), and lost our flights as a consequence. We couldn’t reach them out via email or phone, not even when we received an email 36h after the test saying our results where ‘delayed’ without any time estimate. We even went back to the test center, where they also couldn’t help us. Stay away from this place, they don’t take any accountability if they don’t meet the conditions they promised.

I've missed my flight and the hotel already paid because they were "delayed". If you guys can offer the results within 72 hs, just do not accept more patients. Anyway, I've went to the airport and there was many people in the same situation than us. You guys ruined many of us!
