Been there last week. The young shop owner is super nice, friendly (also good looking ;) ) and professional. If you have any problem about printing a thesis and don't speak german very well just ask for him. If i could give 10 stars i would. Thank you so sooo much!

There's an older lady who works in the copy shop who does not understand basic customer service. The shop is located close to the university, so I'm sure it won't affect their bottom line. But I will definitely visit the other friendlier copy shops in Bamberg for the rest of the time that I'm here.

Habe bei diesem Copy Shop gemischte Gefühle. Ein Mitarbeiter war zuvorkommend und freundlich, eine Mitarbeiterin aber ziemlich unfreundlich. Leider hat man sich für mich auch nicht viel Zeit genommen, kann aber durchaus daran liegen, dass ich dort zwei Tage vor dem Corona Lockdown war. Deswegen verständlich, dass es bei den Mitarbeitern drunter und drüber ging. Preise sind vertretbar, aber nicht günstig. Das Ergebnis meines Ausdrucks über den Standarddrucker war nicht ganz überzeugend, da mein A3 Bild viel zu dunkel war oder es sich durch das Laminieren verdunkelt hat. Dann wäre eine Info aber willkommen, dass man das Bild vor dem Ausdruck aufhellen sollte. Fazit für mich: eher mittelmäßig. Aber da ich erst einmal dort war, konnte ich einfach auch einen schlechten Tag erwischt haben, also bitte selbst besuchen und sich ein Urteil bilden.
