Eat,Love, Travel

Phoned this morning, the lady that answered complained bitterly about being overworked and understaffed instead of trying to help solve my problem. She was such a horrible condescending person. Venting her frustrations on innocent people.

My daughter and her husband is at the airport battling to get the connection flight to Netherland the police keep them in a tiny hall without food they want to make sure they are covid free now they wait from 0600 this morning the results only out tonight at 7 is there anybody to help them please

Front desk staff unfriendly and unwelcoming. Actual official very friendly and helpful. Going on appointment (covid-19 procedure) is a MASSIVE improvement.
