I was ghosted after the final interview, despite receiving very positive feedback during the interviews and even one of the interviewers asked me to connect on LinkedIn and in his words "I really hope you will join us". The process gave me false positive impression of the people I spoke with and the company, when in reality they don't care at all about applicants time and effort. I had first interview with Marta Buyolo, immediately received take home task and was given two days to submit it. It took me the whole evening to complete it. Next morning after the submission I was invited for the second interview with Stefano Maruffi. After that process continued moving pretty fast - 3rd interview with Kiel Yang and 4th interview with Haley Meng. During the 4th interview I was told that it was the last step and feedback will follow shortly because they're looking to fill in the position asap. 2 weeks later I wrote a follow up e-mail, no response was received. It's been 7 weeks since then. If you value your time and don't want to be hugely disappointed stay away from this company. They pretend to be nice but they don't really have any regard for their applicants.
