UPDATE2: it has been 24 days now, i still didn't get the order, cleverbuy is not responding to my cancel order request, and they even removed my trustpilot review (which is a copy of what's below), no wonder how they keep their review score heigh! UPDATE: it has been 18 days now since I have ordered the phone, my order is listed as "order has been sent", although it is still not shipped yet! I urgently needed a new phone and instead of ordering the item from Amazon, Saturn, etc, I wanted to support small businesses during this tough time. The item was listed on CleverBuy as "Ready for dispatch, delivery time approx. 2-4 working days". Now it's been 2 weeks since I have ordered the phone, I'm still seeing "Order is being processed" on the order page, and according to their customer service the item is not dispatched yet. I truly regret not paying attention to the review here, as I feel I'm being cheated by their totally inaccurate "Ready for dispatch" information. If you don't have my request and if it takes more than two weeks to deliver my order, then I would rather prefer to see those facts before ordering and not being trapped by falsy information.
