Unfortunately, I was relocated to Dusseldorf recently and couldn't find other companies like you. It would be great if you could open a branch here. Gestern haben mein Kumpel und ich die Schlüssel für unsere neue Wohnung, die wir als WG benutzen wollen, bekommen. Vor ca. 3 Monaten wurde uns die Wohnung von Frau Schiele gezeigt. Damals war die Wohnung noch in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, Frau Schiele hat uns aber versprochen, dass die Wohnung komplett saniert wird. Daraufhin haben wir einen Vorvertrag unterschrieben, später auch natürlich den richtigen Vertrag. Alle bürokratischen Schritte liefen reibungslos ab, bei telefonischen Fragen konnte man ohne Probleme jemanden im Büro erreichen. Frau Schiele hat ihr Wort gehalten, die Wohnung wurde komplett saniert und war kaum wiederzuerkennen. Wir freuen uns schon sehr, diesen neuen Lebensabschnitt als Studenten in einer WG in dieser schönen, preiswerten Wohnung beginnen zu können. Vielen Dank an die freundliche Beratung von Frau Schiele, wir persönlich können Menges auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
