Wow! So I’ve been getting my lashes done for the past 5 years all over the place (SF, LA, NYC, Vancouver) and this place was the absolute BEST. Agata was so gentle, professional and did such a nice job on my lashes. The space itself is upscale, clean and they give you a blanket, which is a nice touch. I actually fell asleep during my session, I will definitely make this my regular spot.

Didn't appreciate that they were pressuring me to write a good review and was trying to 'hunt down' someone who gave them a bad one by asking customers if it was them. not really professional and feel sorry for the workers there.
Sooo happy I went here! Been trying to find a good lash salon since I moved to prenzlauer & my friend recommended me to come here. I was so lucky to get an appointment on the same day(!), really feels like they go out of their way to make you happy. Friendly staff, clean & calm place, very satisfied!
I have been to Cilola for the last few years. My German sucks and they speak English. But I don’t go to Cilola just because they speak English. My first lashtician was Naoko and she was fabulous but then she moved. Since then Risa has been the only lashtician who handle me. I am extremely pleased with her and Cilola. The place is very clean, neat and tidy. They will go extra miles to make you comfortable before we start. The result is fabulous!!! Fabulous result does not cheap because quality products and quality lashticians are not cheap as well. Their price is reasonable. So I would highly recommend them!
The best place in town. They don't make any compromises when in comes to quality of service! Always very friendly and professional! I was overall quite skeptical about the eyelash extensions and then I understood that all you need to do is to find the right place. I went to do the extensions for my wedding and afterwards I didn't want to remove them. I kept going back for around one year (changing between nude and classic lashes) and the only reason why I stopped was because I moved to a another city :)
