Great Service!! Small economic cars, great on gas both stick or automatics available.
I tried to get my rental after work on a Friday in a timely manner so I could start my drive to Italy. When I arrived there was nobody at the desk for at least half an hour. Then they didn’t have the registration. So Enterprise required me to get their registration from the MP station that doesn’t start making them till 1800. So then I had to sit on Vilseck for nearly 3 hours and get a registration from the police station, then an Esso card from the gas station. Ended up ruining my plans for Friday. I wish the company would prepare their cars for the customer to drive instead of piling the work onto the customer.
Customer service is good the car we have has a hard time going into gear the price is good
