Good Cars at nice prices. Good professionals
As a foreigner in France, I bought a second-handed Mercedes V Class family vehicle in Tabor Kehl with excellent impression by the spirit of professional service. This vehicle is prefer suitable because of the quality &value-for-money v.s. France side. Besides, Tabor crew dispelled my misgivings, replied my questions with patience and provided me very clear/efficiency procedure to do together. Happy about the purchase... I appreciate their internet page, daily updated, you have the posibility to see what vehicles are comming soon, nice and helpfull personal, good prices. There are some things which I wasn't so happy and I could name them now: first person who answer the phone to my wife, not so enthusist and helpfull, but next person was really helpfull (good job Adamian), the procedure to take the car after we paied it, I found it unecessary complicated(it took 8 days to receive the documents, even we paid in the same day the advance and the rest by bank transfer), then, when we took the car (yesterday) I've noticed a scrach on the driver door (the autohause offer us, either to repaint the door or to send us a pen from the fabricant), we accepted the second option, howewer, when I arrived home (40 km away), I've noticed that on the other side there is a small dent (the car is new) and this is my problem now... so buttom line it's a place to see when you are looking to buy a new car, great variety of new vehicles, diffrent configurations, very good prices but pay attention when you take the car... Update 22.01.2020 Well, I had my first inspection in Dec. 2019... I was surprised to discover that the warranty of the car started on Oct. 2018, even first registration of the car is Dec. 2018. I contacted Tabor and they recommended me to accept the situation as it is. The consequence of this situation is, the two years warranty will end before the first registration of the car and I will benefit only for one year and 10 months. I replied to their answer and I told them that it's unacceptable this situation and I'm waiting a solution. After a month, still no answer and I'm taking into consideration to ask help from a lawer.
