The best food from Latin America in Munich! I was trying to find a place like this since I moved and finally I found it!!! The staff is friendly, excellent service and the food is just delicious (original taste of Latinoamerica). They serve fhe food super fresh so takes a bit of time, but it's definitely worth!

Order the bandeja Paisa. Sol takes great care to ensure that ingredients are fresh, sustainable and not from big business. This place is a Munich gem. You won’t regret it.

Incredibly warm and lovely place, just what has been missing in Munich. Less aggressively styled than your usual place around here, and oozing a wonderful quirkiness and true hospitality instead! Thank you!! I hope to be able to swing by again soon!

First time there, I am originally from Barranquilla Colombia and was excited to taste the sancocho, ajiaco, arepas. Unfortunately the food took almost 2 hours to arrive and we had to cancel the ajiaco since we needed to leave. What I did taste (since some dishes arrived early and we had to share in order to not eat alone): the sancocho was abysmal, It didn't taste like anything even after adding a ton of salt. The arepas were dry. Would not recommend and will not be going there again sadly.
