Wonderful historic palace, i advised to arrange a guide. Our tour was arranged by my company, so i was lucky to have a guide. Our old guide was telling us all the history about the palace. Have also definitely a good camera with u. Restaurant was not well equipped but was good enough. 2nd visit; private visit with my wife, this time we also visited the mausoleum this time.3rd biggest private mausoleum in the world.

If you need something historic that's the perfect place for you. Great old building, just a bit modernized. You are also able to get a tour which is really interesting if you're interested in such a building and his history

The castle is really pretty, however I expected to see a lot more. For example you only see the \church\ , the ballroom and a few other rooms, and I just expected to see the bedrooms, the kitchen and all the other things castles had at that time. Moreover the only thing making the 12,50 ticket worth it is that you can visit the Mauseluem and another museum nearby. But overall I had a lovely time, all the workers are extremely kind and helpful. A few more things to mention is that the castle is definitely not wheelchair friendly and that they do have bathrooms for the visitors!

The area is pretty. Lots of greenery, horses in the field. The town is sweet. We went to there to visit an event called Landpartie. It's costs 15 euros to gain entrance. Lots of local vendors selling arts & crafts, garden decor & accessories. A couple is performing stages, choir, little spots to eat, waffeln (waffles), have a beer, a wine spritzer, ice cream etc ... Also you're able to walk around Weihnachtszauber (castle). Oh and even if you show up 2 hrs before they close it down you still have to pay 15 euros for entrance.
