I'm always happy when I come here. Not only is the photo quality great, but the woman who takes the photos there is especially friendly, kind, patient and great with kids. I'll always go back there.

We have always gotten good service and the staff has always been polite - even friendly with us. We've had multiple passport photos and packages done here. Each year they print our family calendar before Christmas. They take time to sample the photo and make the calendar page match the color from the month's photo. It's quite individual and we're well pleased with the quality. I've also bought 3 cameras there and had good experiences each time. Herr Kurz showed me the cameras and let me try alternatives. He listened to what I like to photograph and gave help with pros and cons. I can certainly recommend the shop!

Excellent service. Canadian passports have very special requirements, so they had to print 3 times (12 passport pictures) and manually verify the pictures to ensure they fulfill the requirements. Even though they had to reprint multiple times and spent much more time on us, they still insisted on not taking more than 10 euro as advertised on their price list. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen!
