I stayed more than 1 months, and it was great experience. Room was so warm and everything is well equipped. Also, price is very kind and i would not find any better hotel compared to here. In addition, staff is very kind and generous.

Overall I am very satisfied with the apartment and service level at Brera Frankfurt West. I have lived in many serviced apartments around the world and I can truly recommend this one if you have your way through Frankfurt. I stayed in the Cosy Apt and it was a pleasant experience. The apartment is new, good quality, top notch appliances, bed is comfortable and large, no noise and it is very clean and tidy. Washing facilities in the basement are fresh and clean, very convenient to book the machines via an app and keep track of your progress in real time. The staff is very service minded and help you out with anything from receiving packages, providing extra pillows, helping out with various administrative things such as print-outs, government stuff and much more. Everyone is friendly, easy going and always respond quick to any questions or service requests you may have. In short, it is a good place to live at and perfect for a newcomer who want to settle in smoothly in Frankfurt. My intention was to stay here for 1 month but I have now extended my stay for a couple more months and I cannot complain at all, feels like home.

The rooms are amazing & confortable. The location is really good you have the team just 2 mins away from the location and you can get around Frankfurt easily. The area is super nice and quiet & the staff are exceptional always helping and there for you when you need anything.

Brera to the rescue!!! Once again the Brera hosts are treating me in an excellent way in this new location that is even better than the previous one and covering all my needs, laundry room with automated service (just need to install a cellphone app) to know when your washing or drying finished, automatic dishwasher, excellent lights system, tv bed and pillows and bathroom. In this case i had a dentist emergency and the staff (in this case Julio) helped me with a good doctor recommendation, the appoiment and the translation, another incident i had with the train company (DB) Hannah helped me going to to office and translating to solve the issue and do not forget Alen thats been helping me with any problem. I cannnot be more thankful to meet this wonderful company and their wonderful staff, for sure i will continue using this service.

Meine Frau und ich haben 2 Monate im BRERA Service Apartment Frankfurt West gewohnt. Wir haben uns hier durchgehend wohl und bestens betreut gefühlt. Die Apartments sind neu und sauber. Das Team ist zuvorkommend, nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Apartments uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ich war 4 Wochen beruflich in Frankfurt und habe mich wegen der guten Anbindung für das neue Brera West entschieden. Das Appartment ist schön und modern eingerichtet, es lässt keine wünsche offen. Ich habe mich in den 4 Wochen wie zu Hause gefühlt und werde wenn ich wieder in Frankfurt bin ganz sicher wieder dort buchen !

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, keine Notwendigkeit, das Personal für Check-in und out zu kontaktieren, können Sie per E-Mail kontaktieren und die Antwort war prompt. Das Zimmer hat eine eigene Küche und ist sehr gut mit Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert für längere Familien- oder Geschäftsaufenthalte.
