This was an excellent experience. The ambience was nice, comfortable and classy. The server was excellent, he was funny and had the right anticipation. The tea I had was of good quality and well served. The cake and ice cream selection was superb and tasty. This place is a classical coffee house was a high cultured experience that is a complete contrast to whatever the Starbucks across the street is trying to achieve. If you want to experience true German coffee and cake culture, visit here and skip the Starbucks.

The coffee is OK, but the smell of the roasting is heavenly, the cakes are good, but the staff is super unfriendly. Ambiance and food gets 5 stars, the staff gets 1 star.

A very nice Cafe. We stopped in here in while coming through Bremen our way back home to Hannover. Had a very delicious hot chocolate. Fair prices and friendly staff. Very clean and a very nice view. Should definitely visit if you are in the area.
