Pretty terrible service. Luggage wasn't picked up from lost baggage desk and certainly wasn't delivered. After three days of emails and calls, I had to go myself. Went to AHS first, but no! They hadn't even picked it up yet from \lost and found\. Plus, they have some obnoxious staff at the front desk, trying real hard to be fresh with you. Horrible.

Katastrophales Handling! Passagiere 30 Minuten bei Minusgraden auf dem Vorfeld warten lassen. Falsche Beladung der Maschine mit dementsprechender zusätzlicher Verspätung. Völlige Dilettanten!

Wer sich über das ständige Chaos bei Ferienbeginn an den Check-In Schaltern wundert sollte sich mal die Löhne ansehen die AHS bezahlt. Konsequenz ist eben das die kein Personal finden. Armes Deutschland
