The saleswomen at the lingerie section are unfriendly, rude , ignorant. I don't understand why people work in such fields if they don't have customer service skills. They should know that we "customers" make their business. They treated me as though i'm there to ask something for free! Worst experience ever ever in a mall. Zero percent customer service! Or maybe its their attitude towards foreigners!

Heute bin ich leider nicht zufrieden gewesen wen man als treuer Kunde von dem Verkäufer der bei den joop und boss Anzugshosen eher Pampig behandelt wird und als er gemerkt hat das man was kauft war er direkt da um sein Kürzel für die Provision drauf zu schreiben
