Ordered an item in juli. Still haven't received it. They have a lot of excuses. Vacation, problem with mail server, vacation again, can't find the order, don't answer phone calls, don't answer mails. But what they can do is, take your money. And yes I do have an order confirmation. And it was in stock when I ordered it. Now I have to make a report to the bank to get my money back. And a report to the police. UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE! They wrote that they would send my money back. Now they don't reply to my mails, and the deadline for returning my money is overdue. They have my full bank information, so they can't use that for excuse. The police has been contacted, and I have filed a report for the theft of my money. NEW UPDATE! I have now received a part of the order. The ring. The mount is missing. Mohrtec says I have only ordered the ring, but I have screen shots of my order. No where in my order does it say that it is only a ring. Mohrtec writes that I shall not write to them anymore. I am proceeding with the police report. UPDATE!! On the 6 of April 2021, more than 9 month after making my order, i finally received the last part of my order.. I was a long battle with a lot of mails, and a police report. This is what they wrote to me in the last mail: "OK everything good" "Then i have to file a complaint about false accusations because of the google rating. You got it all and still claim the opposite" Have to laugh a bit. So now i am the bad customer? They only complied BECAUSE of the police report. If anyone is interrested i have all the mails Facts: I have with drawn the police report, and made this last update. 2-0 to Denmark AGAIN
