Went because it was the only Köln classic beer garten on the Rhine I could find. Arrived around 5:30 on a Sunday and it was nearly booked out for dinner guests- many of whom were in their golden years. Definitely more of a restaurant than beer garten vibe but nice small location. A bit of a trek from the city center so plan accordingly.

Good view, but unfortunately the food was quite sub par. Bad sauce, old meat and bought salad. Would not recommend.

Excellent location on the banks of the river Rhine. Perfect place for typical Colone style food or a Sundowner.
