Our team has invented a new technology that radically saves time and costs in the development of laser material processing, making processes more efficient. Finding the optimal beam shape for a new process can be time-consuming and expensive since only high-quality beam shaping elements are suitable for high-power lasers. State-of-the-art production takes weeks, we just need a day! Our method can create arbitrary beam shaping elements in a time-saving and flexible one-step process that is as simple as burning a conventional CD, thus outperforming current methods. Our Core Technology Our patent pending core technology is based on micro-structuring the surface of highly reflective laser mirrors. In a one-step manufacturing process, we create custom high quality diffractive optical elements that are ready to use for high-power laser applications.
