We went at night and it was very calming and peaceful. Hope to be able to go during the day so we can see Bodensee while being in the pool

The outside sauna are lovely but the people that work there are so unfriendly. Please talk to your staff about being more customer friendly. The attitude towards customersof the young girl with glasses on the entrance was disgraceful and in the spa cafe, we got two additional items that we never ordered put on our bill. Staff seem like they dont want to be there and have the matching attitude

The therme are great and we bought a 4 hour ticket . We were not interested in the sauna but as our badge let us in (it should have barred us entry )we thought it was included in the price. We did not stay long in there ,also because it was nudist (!)but we were charged the entrance fee when we left . All signs are in German so there was no way of knowing . We tried to complain but the guy at the till did not accept our explanation. We will complain and ask to be refunded the sauna fee. Signs should also be in English !!

One of the nicest spas in Bodensee, very clean and well maintained. Open from 10-10 this Therme gets full, children friendly atmosphere, and has a gift shop and cafe restaurant. The pool inside and out has a lovely view of the Lake Constance ( Bodensee).

Staff are terrible, really rude, can't do a bill in the restaurant correctly and seem like they want to annoy as many customers as possible in the shortest amount of time. Disgraceful

Pro wery clean, all the pools have a nice temperature of water, nice personell, nice view to Bodensee lake. Cons You have to pay parking place (not cheap, 5E) When we were there, all the installation were off - so basically we have payied Therme price for some warm pools - and nobody from employees sayd anything.
