No issues with the boat, but the staff (what I presume to be a senior staff / owner couple) displayed the same unpleasant, lecturing and condescending tone with us on site that they display in their communications here. We were told off for getting two children's life vests wet. We presumed they were provided for the non-swimmers as part of the service and were not told during the boat briefing that this was not so, but only told this in an unacceptably aggressive way upon returning and in front of our young children, including a disabled young adult, and a crowd of onlookers, who later offered their support and sympathy. If you want an overpriced service provided by two senior staff ranging from plain unfriendly to threateningly aggressive, this is the place to go. I fully expect the owners to illustrate my point by providing yet another unpleasant response to a review that is not positive and I encourage readers to draw their conclusions from there.

Incredibly friendly service! Lots of boats available for all group sizes and needs as well as SUP boards, too!
Poor customer service. Paid for five hours starting at 1400. Did not get in to a boat until 1450. Was told that due to inclement weather we could only have the boat for an hour. Went out in cloudless skies and enjoyed the lake for one hour and came back. They were renting boats after we returned and charged us for two hours instead of one. The owner was not kind.
