Efficiently resolved a problem with an order. I initially had an issue with the panniers that I ordered. There was a missing part. After a few emails the missing part was sent out via expedited shipping and the issue was resolved.

Dealing with Motorrad Bohling has been one of the worse online shopping experiences I have ever encountered. The item was shipped late and not received, returned to sender. After 6 weeks I have had to open a Paypal case to retrieve my money - 625. No apologies, no compassion, no service, no money! Update: I see from tracking that the item was received by them a week ago and still no refund. 7 weeks and waiting......dishonest, inefficient and not recommended!
