I had an appointment to test ride a motorcycle, so I arrived on time. While the staff were good-natured, I had to wait longer than I would have liked and my follow-up questions post ride were met with a little more tolerance than enthusiasm. The store has a lot of selection in both clothing and motorcycles, is well laid out and the opportunity to test ride is great but my impression was that they don't take you seriously unless you \look the part\. That being said, I enjoyed my time there. The free coffee and wonderful bike ride certainly influenced my opinion in that regard :)
