Horrible horrible service. I do not recomend if you really care about your car or if you are willing to have a great custumer experience. I took my car for a service routine, the car was working 100%. Late that day I got my car delivered with the front lights not working, so I asked them to fix the problem and I got extra charged for that. Unacceptable in so many ways. I lived in 4 different counties and always had BMW, this is by far the worst BMW service I ever had.
At the beginning I got my two leasing cars and the service was very good, but the after service is not good. Sometimes with lack of response. Now the sales manager that attended me is gone and I don't feel comfortable anymore.
Okay service but depends on who you get.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Kompetente Beratung und schnelle, fachlich einwandfreie Abwicklung aller Arbeiten. Termine wurden bis jetzt immer eingehalten. Transparente und detaillierte Rechnung. Rücksprache bei unvorhergesehenen Problemen. Alles in allem ist die Werkstatt und die Kundenbetreuung top.
Habe bei Mini Wormser einen neuen Mini Cooper SE geleast. Hervorragende Beratung, sehr gute Konditionen, hervorragender Service. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
