Nice location, terribly managed place. Mistakes happen, things go wrong - it's how we react to them that defines us. Just ordered ice cream and strawberries here, the latter tasted horrible - no flavour, no sweetness, not even close to being ripe. Came time to pay, the waitress (who I had to point out to the strawberries were terrible, despite them being piled up on the side of the plate, because she was in her own world) wanted to charge me the full amount for the dish. So I sent her off to find someone who had the authority to offer me a discount. A massive 1 euro discount on a 7.40 euros dessert of which strawberries were one of the main ingredients was what was relayed. What an insult, management clearly couldn't care less. Tells you everything you need to know.
