Im visiting this place since the beginning. Now in the Corona Lockdown it is closed. I miss it and feel how important it is for me. It is a very authentic Bikram Yoga Place, the best in the area. The owner is a very good teacher and friendly guy. Im missing Bikram Yoga Duesseldorf and looking forward, when it opens again...

After experiencing severe health issues with a painful recovery, I wasn’t sure when or how I could return to yoga, a core part of my life with 15 years of practicing. However, from my very first class with Lamott, I felt the energy, strength, and joy return! This studio, the community, the support and guidance has brought me back to life, and I am eternally grateful.
I am addicted to hot yoga for many years already. After moving to Düsseldorf, I bought one year unlimited card here. However, due to the very unstable temperatures and negative atmosphere, I stopped going there after few months.
I’ve been practicing Bikram for a few years under various studios and teachers. This studio is by far my favorite of all. Clean, well kept facilities; a serene, positive atmosphere and an excellent, very kind instructor.
