Rented 5 e-bikes for a ride along the Rhine. Excellent service. Bikes have been delivered and collected to and from our hotel. Wonderful bikes and all the accessories like helmets, locks and baskets were also of high standard. Highly recommended!
I was in Bingen for a bike ride with friends. One of my tires blew and Bike Service Bingen came to my location within 20 minutes of my call and replaced my tire tube. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he and the service were awesome. He also gave us a great tip on where to ride (Bingen side of the Rhein towards St Goar), which we were very pleased with. In addition, his English was perfect, not necessary for great service but it was a bonus to help make a slightly stressful situation much easier. Thank you Bike Service Bingen! Your help, service and great attitude helped make our weekend amazing!
Rented 4 e bikes, which were of quality. Had wonderful 70k ride along the Rhine. Martin from BSB delivered the bikes to our hotel - we really enjoyed entire experience, and Martin is very friendly guy!
