My husband and I were at this restaurant one hour ago, we asked for a table and a waitress said we can sit outside (7 tables) only one occupied. Inside the restaurant was totally empty. We sat there they brought us the menu and everything was okay. Till a family of 4 came and sat at the table behind us. The waitress came suddenly and asked us in a very rude way to change our place to keep distance, despite the fact we were there first, and she was so loud. We said fine, sure, we were so calm. Another nice waiter chose a table on the other side and we sat. We thought everything was fine, she came again and started shouting in a very rude way that we can not sit infront of each other we must sit next to each other and the table was so small and it's not possible. We said, this is not fine, at least ask politely. We did not choose the table, the other waiter did. I asked to speak to the manger, the nice waiter told us she is the manger and there is another manger as well, I asked to speak to the other manger. She started shouting again, and not a single apology. The other manger came, the nice waiter explained what happened. The other manger apologized, and she was just there still shouting rudely. I really don't recommend this place, she just totally ruined our day.
Bad place found a l piece in my food which should nor belong there. When I asked the waiter and the manager about the issue they both tried to come up with excuses. With the manager, I agreed on taking the dish out of the bill but the waiter started then to argue again about it when we asked to paid. Sorry but customer service is super bad... i would there would be a better way of treading a custome
Amazing food, tried the Bun Chay, Sushi and Pho. Great for Vegans and Vegetarians. Deff the best one out of all the places I've tried in Spandau. The place itself has a nice atmosphere too and really friendly staff. Cheers!
Food was really good, definitely recommend the soups. I'd be happy to go back.
