I lost my keys. I called them twice in order to help me and there was a very unfriendly lady on the phone!! My German is not great, but I can understand and speak good. The lady spoke very fast and when I asked her to repeat she got mad at me and she raised her voice's volume. In the end I needed to ask other people to help me out. The company 'STADTUNDLAND' is very unprofessional and they don't want to work at all and listen to the problems of their clients!!

bin unschlüssig. es wird sich meist schnell zurückgemeldet. Ich habe schnell Termine bekommen. ein mal wurde es einfach vergessen, aber dazu stehen konnte die Person leider nicht, sondern schob es auf die Post. Die Renovierungsfirma war so schlecht, dass sich nach 5 Monaten die Tapete teils abrollte und alles schön billig gemacht. Gegenbauer sagt, sie werden sich um das Probem mit den Heizungsrohren kümmern...ist nie passiert. ich habe schon einen Tinnitus, deswegen bin ich ausgezogen
