Within five minutes of walking up to the place, I had a really nice solid bike and a good explanation of all its features. Are you have to do is fill out personal information in the waiver and hand over money.

We wanted to rent a trailer for our kids - on the homepage they show nice Burley trailers but in reality we got a very old no-name trailer which couldn't even be detached from the bike and was broken at many places... The bikes are all very small and one of our bikes had a broken bottom bracket...the only comment we got when returning the bikes: \as long as it rolls it is ok\ Not recommended for serious biking.
