Mr. Bartelt is a skilled craftsman and a gracious host! We truly enjoyed the process of making our rings. He was extremely professional and kind in his service- right from the consultation, to the ring-making workshop and the engraving of the rings- he was always engaged and gave us excellent advice. His workmanship is exceptional and we left his studio not only with beautiful items but also with wonderful memories to last us a life time. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely wonderful and friendly service! Had to cut 2 rings due to the swollen fingers during pregnancy. Mr. Bartelt gave some tips on the phone first on what could be done at home to remove the rings and invited us to for sure come by in case nothing is working, which, in the end, had to be done. On arrival he explained the procedure and then quickly and very carefully cut and removed both rings. Everything took maximum 15 min. Mr. Bartelt refused to charge for the procedure as he treated it as an emergency. He also advised not to fix the rings right away, which we wanted to do, but to come back 8 weeks after giving birth when the fingers are back to their normal state. I will for sure come back! It really warms my heart to see such a kind, professional and also very human approach and service! Probably one of my best experiences since living for 9 years in Germany, where service is usually not to be expected:) Professioneller und freundlicher Service! Musste 2 Ringe wegen der geschwollenen Finger während der Schwangerschaft schneiden. Herr Bartelt hat telefonisch paar Tipps gegeben um die Ringe zu entfernen, und auf jeden Fall vorbeizukommen, falls nichts funktioniert. Bei der Ankunft erklärte er die Vorgehensweise und schnitt dann schnell und sehr sorgfältig beide Ringe ab. Alles hat maximal 15 min gedauert. Herr Bartelt hat keine Rechnung gestellt, da er es als Notfall behandelt hat. Er hat auch geraten die Ringe nicht sofort zu reparieren, sondern 8 Wochen nach der Geburt wiederzukommen, wenn die Finger wieder in ihrem normalen Zustand sind. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder zu kommen! Es wärmt mein Herz, solchen freundlichen, professionellen und auch sehr menschlichen Ansatz und Service zu sehen! Wahrscheinlich meiner besten Erfahrungen seit 9 Jahre in Deutschland, wo Service normalerweise nicht zu erwarten ist :)
