Update. In two days after the situation below happened a manager form the company called me, and we could find a solution. After that, the company delivered me an Item. Terrible. I ordered a TV from Saturn, and it should be delivered by this company. They delivered the item to the wrong address. During the call with the delivery boy he said that I should pay additional money for the delivery to the correct address. I asked to wait a few minutes until I call to Saturn and clear the information. He promised to me to wait but instead he just cancels the order and didn't answer to my calls.

Manuel and Rolf from Nikos Transporte just delivered a dryer to our home. Speedy delivery and on time (their arrival was communicated in advance and announced by call 10 minutes before they were here). Did a solid job overall, no complaints here!

I had to cancel my order with media markt becouse the driver can not find the adress,i told him to look on google maps and he didnt know how,its pathetic. When i receve somthing from dhl gls or hermes i have no problem so i dont recomend them!!!

I had a very friendly and efficient delivery/installation from Niloss Transporte Gmbh since I ordered the service via ao.de. Mr. Maciej was very kind and efficient to install my new waching machine after removing my old device. Also his colleague co-operated with him to handle the job pretty fast. At the end he also gave me some brief information and instructions regarding the new machine and their services. They encourage end users to comment their services on social media publicly by handing me their feedback sheet, which shows that the company cares about their customer experience so I would like to recommend it to my friends.
