These past months I found myself in the unfortunate position of organising a funeral on behalf of a loved one. Although, I have been a resident of Germany for quite some time I felt that navigating the funeral market in my second language would be too overwhelming. I remembered some time ago reading an article about Mymoria and decided to follow up to see if they would be able to put me in touch with some English speaking/friendly funeral homes in my area (Schöneberg). To my surprise, a lovely customer service agent Rena, reassured me that the language barrier would be no problem and that she would be happy to make all of the necessary arrangements with me over the phone. I do not wish for anyone to have to deal with the sudden loss of a loved one, but for those of my fellow expats who find themselves in a similar situation, lost without a paddle, you can rest assured that there are people out there who will work on your behalf and support you in your time of need. To the team of Mymoria, and Rena, I extend my sincerest thanks. MB
Vielen Dank für die professionelle Betreuung in der schweren Zeit! Wir haben jemand benötigt der uns alles Organisatorische abnimmt, den Schmerz müssen wir alleine tragen. Es war immer jemand erreichbar und alles wurde so wie besprochen erledigt .Ein nicht unwichtiges Detail, auch der Preis war genau wie veranschlagt. Keine versteckten Kosten.

Ich fühlte mich nach dem Tod meines Mannes jederzeit bei mymoria gut aufgehoben. Mir wurde zu jeder Zeit, egal wann und wie oft ich angerufen habe, immer alles erklärt. Mein besonderer Dank gilt Frau Weinand und Herr Reinecke, die stets ein offenes Ohr für mich hatten. Auch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis kann nicht besser sein. Ich kann mymoria mit ruhigem Gewissen sagen weiterempfehlen.
Im Februar diesen Jahres verstarb mein Mann. Frau Madeheim und ihre Mitarbeiter habe uns sehr liebevoll betreut. Wir waren so durcheinander. Doch die Profis haben uns souverän durch diese schwere Zeit geholfen. Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung. 1 x mymoria, immer mymoria.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ich hatte von Anfang an nicht das Gefühl nur ein Auftrag zu sein der erfüllt werden muss. Ich wurde auf eine besonders herzliche und menschliche Art ,bei den ganzen langen traurigen Prozess begleitet. Besonders Frau Ludewig und Herr Reinicke haben mich die ganze Zeit großartig ,fürsorglich und mitfühlend unterstützt. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank für alles.
Relativ günstig war es. Kommunikation war durch wechselnde Berater, zwar professionell aber teils nicht abgestimmt. Es gab einige Unstimmigkeiten mit der Sterbeurkunde und lange Wartezeiten als Folge. Die Beerdigung selbst, war leider auch nicht 100% wie abgestimmt.
