Employees hardly speak English and I had an awkward/uncomfortable time when I went there for testing. I understand they are coming across all sorts of people on weekly basis but, it's your job to be patient and listen to your customers most importantly explain the steps clearly. Given that Berlin is an international city, better English communication would be great.

I went there multiple times on a daily basis and I was turned away every single time and told to come back the next day, only to be turned away again. They would always claim that they already \met their quota\ of the day even on the days when it didn't look like it was busy and even though I would always go around 7:00pm and they claim that they're open and accepting people until 8:30pm or sometimes even 9:30pm. They would tell me to go earlier and I explained that I have work because they're open on 4 weekdays and it's the earliest I could go but they didn't seem to care. What's even worse is that by the time you get rejected, you would have nowhere else to go because other places are further away so you would have just wasted a full day. In conclusion, don't go there even if your life depends on it... which if you're going there then it probably does!
Bad Experience. Poor Pathetic i wont visit again, visited 3 times for one test Counseller are rude and No sympathy ,empathy for the who patient it could be handle better nice sweet way.made me scared no proper explanation
