A fine selection of clothes, I quickly found my dress and was fitting almost perfect. The Length of my dress was altered by Frau. Anett really fast and perfect. A thousand thanks for everything :)

My experience in this shop was awful! At first went to see dresses (without appointment) and the lady was by far rude, I was with my mom, I was planning my wedding, I did not expected such a bad educated and disrespectful treatment. I apologize for not having an appointment but I told her I would like to see the quality and after that ask for an appointment to her. She said ok but she followed us with a very unfriendly face, she literally followed us through the store, and then yell to my mom do not touch those dresses because are ‘expensive’. Excuse me? This shop is not known for the ‘expensive dresses’ there’s way more expensive dresses in Kudamm. And specially, is not ‘Expensive’ after that cheap manners of the sales woman. No doubt I often see clothes on sales outside the store... those expensive dresses cannot be sold by the good manners of the sale woman. Sadly money can’t buy class

Ich habe mein Brautkleid hier in 2017 gekauft. Das Geschäft war nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein mit einer, wie ich finde, großen Auswahl. Die Beraterin ist auf mich und meine Wünsche eingegangen. Sie war geduldig, hat mir vermittelt, dass ich mir alle Zeit der Welt nehmen könnte und hat nicht versucht mir etwas aufzuzwingen. Sie ist auch finanziell auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Meine Begleitung konnte gemütlich sitzen und etwas trinken. Ich hatte das Gefühl, auf die Erfahrung der Beraterin vertrauen zu können, was sehr beruhigend war. Sie wirkte sehr kompetent. Gut fand ich, dass man gleich eine Telefonnummer einer Schneiderin in Wohnortnähe erhält. Das hat auch super geklappt.

Bei Lilly habe ich zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben ein Brautkleid anprobiert und gleich das erste Kleid war mein absolutes Traumkleid! Die Beratung war super lieb und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Lilly hat mich für die perfekte anpassung des Kleides an die Schneiderin, Frau Wenig-Hecht, empfohlen. Ich habe schnell einen Termin bekommen, wurde liebevoll beraten und am Ende hat Frau Wenig-Hecht das Kleid durch ihr Können einfach nur zum perfekten Kleid geschneidert. Vielen Dank dafür!
