I am willing to give minus star Very very unfriendly Very bad with telephone calls, they acting like: they can’t even hear you. Very funny, how you organise a hospital such stuff like that. Stuff maybe don’t get paid enough Don’t recommend there

i was really mistreated by the staff here. every question i had was met by a sigh of annoyance, all the staff members were trying to get rid of you as quick as they could. things were simply not explained to me, steps that were crucial in the recovery process. I will do a check up here for the final results and then never return to this hospital again. especially the tattooed blonde woman with short hair, at my deregistration simply said, was brauchen sie den noch? which means, what else do you need? but with a tone of hatred and eyes rolling. having no visitors and the service being so cold it made it an extremely unpleasant experience. i dont know about the other departments but the HNO i wouldnt recommend.

Good service, but some employees should be more friendly! I don’t know what is the matter of some people who they work with patients and are not friendly at all. I mean by that some are not friendly. But the rest are very helpful and friendly.
