I sign up on the web site because i needed to use a scooter, and after I had paid, you asked me for my driver license. When i tried to upload my driver license i got a messege that only European drivers licenses could drive and mine is from Argentina. And now they sent me 3 emails that I have to Pay 10 or they gonna go with a commission company collect. NOW MY QUESTION IS, WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT I DIDN'T GET!! IF YOU WOULD ASK FOR THE DRIVER'S LICENSE BEFORE YOU REQUIRE A PAYMENT, I WOULDN'T BE WASTING ANY OF MY TIME SENDING THIS EMAIL, NOR WOULD YOU. I already sent 2 emails with my claim but they insist that I have to pay.

I tried to submit my driver's license for verification through their app a lot of times. It never worked and the emails did not specified why. But my partner joined the service and we tried it out on Sunday evening. It takes a while to figure out how the moped actually works. They could have a manual or something like that in the helmet-storage container. They also could have a little light there for night users. Parking it was a little hard, we had to pull/lift it between the two of us to get the stands/break thingies out. I don't know why. They had new disposable hair nets for the helmet which is a great touch. The moped itself is very nice. I wish they extended the service area a little bit more to the north. A few more train stops would be reasonable. Overall, it was inexpensive, fun and convenient. Would recommend and would use a lot more if the service area was expanded.
Avoid this company! They are a HUGE SCAM! I had a very small accident and the company just blocked my profile without informing me (had still paid minutes on) and deny me the possibility to use their insurance!!! You never know what can happen on the road, therefore do not use this company if you do not want to have unpleasant surprise or want to be left on your own to German bureaucracy (especially when Emmy shold have support you with their insurance) The most NOT-CUST-FRIENDLY company around!
DONT USE THIS SERVICE! They are the most unreliable in town! The application doesnt work and you wont be able to lock the scooter since the back box would always get stuck and you have to call the service center a crazy amount of times in the most uncomfortable moments. On top of it they will promise you free minutes which they will never give you and keep charging you full prices for their unstable service. USE OTHER PROVIDERS, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!
Really surprised to hear the reviews about bad service, every experience I've had with these guys has been 10/10 amazing. Very fast responses, super friendly and the scooters are so much better than all of the stand-on ones. Always my first choice over the others! I had another issue solved with great service so wanted to leave a review. I read a couple reviews about accounts blocked - I've had my account blocked multiple times because my credit card failed. I used to email to get it restored but now generally it's enough for me to update payment details and purchase pre-paid minutes. Emmy team, maybe you guys could work on an instant unblocking solution in the app for this common case? Would probably address a lot of the feedback here. Keep up the great work :)
