I printed some double sided birthday invites on thick card at copy print. The lady working there was very helpful and friendly and I was quickly able to get everything printed. She then cut the invites for me with a machine free of charge. Would happily go there again.

Good thing first: you can print stuff there. The printers work (at least mine did). They charge money to use the computer (1 Euro for 15 minutes), you have to do everything yourself and if you get service it is no good (the test prints we got were the wrong pages, printed by the service staff - and we had to pay for them, too). Generally you feel very unwelcome there and everything is very expensive. I don't want to name competitors, but there are quite some copy shops only a few steps away from there that offer much better service and cost less.
