Love the store! Wish I had more money though

I was there twice. The first time I was very impressed. The store offers really a lot of amazing things. I was very pleased with what I found for a gift. The customer service was great, the female seller was very nice and professional. I had an impression she really knew a lot about the company and their writing articles. It was really a pleasure to meet her. That's why I was shocked when I went there the second time. She wasn't there and I talked to some male seller. He was not only very unpleasant and a little bit arrogant, but also very unprofessional. I was really shocked, didn't expect it here at all. He was completely out of place in this nice store. If this was my first time there, I'd left the store after two minutes. So it's 5 stars for my first visit and unfortunately 1 star for the second. Which is really a pity.
