We had a really great time here. The staff was really helpfull especially Constantine. I reccommend everybody to go there once and have fun.

Friendly staff. Prices are fair for the region. The 3 person canoes (canadians) are quite slow, especially if you are only 2 people, so if you want to tavel more efficiently (paddel farther / see more places along the Havel), try to avoid those. If you however want to paddel in a more relaxed fashion, these Canadian canoes (with one sided paddles) will be better for you. It is easier to paddle without getting wet with these canoes. It's generally hard to find parking in this area. I suggest coming by public transportation or bicycle. You can take the S Bahn to S Wannsee and then ride your bike for about 10 minutes to get here.

The staff is very friendly but the owner of this place doesn't know a thing about customer service. We arrived 10 minutes late, tried to call on the way and sent an email. Our reservation was already canceled and we had to switch to boats built for 3 instead of 2 people. Poor service.
