Bad service. Ielts test cancelled in July and I haven’t yet gotten my money back. I have already filled the form to refund and been sending some emails since then but they just ignored me. I’m still a student and that is not a small amount of money.

Even though one invigilator was unfriendly and disrespectful and I didn't quite liked the last minute time change, the British Council team is very professional and supportive.

Bad service! I recommend ETF (TOEFL) instead. You have to wait 2-8 weeks until you will get an answer, if you will get one... Sehr schlechter Service. Man wartet 2-8 Wochen auf eine Antwort, wenn man überhaupt eine bekommt. Ich empfehle dringend eine andere Organisation zu wählen, wenn es darum geht einen Sprachtest zu absolvieren, zB ETF. Dieser ist weltweit anerkannter und es wird sich schnellstmöglich um alle Anliegen gekümmert.
