I recently moved to Berlin from Ulm. When I first visited there I had a conversation with a girl on the reception and was very nice to me. I wanted to have a discussion with a service guy, but she could not find any body who can entertain me, Okay I understand that day because I was there without an appointment. Then later on I took an appointment and arrived on time, again the same girl on the reception and again a nice behavior, she asked me to wait for a moment, which I did. There were other customers who had the appointments after me were entertained before me. After waiting 30 mins, this girl came to me again and said that you have to wait longer because our system is not working. So how come, If the system is not working and the people came after me were entertained first. Bad service, Service guys I think do not give importance to customers or may be choosing on there own to whom they will meet first. I will now look for another workshop.
