I don’t know how to describe it. As a cancer patient I was looking for a trustworthy place to make blood test 3 times every month. I had to bring the same paper from my doctor 2 times and still they had a problem with that. They did not accept it. Such a waste of time. I don’t know if they really wanted to help over this or not but how can they treat people like that. We go there to make it easier not to have more to do. I will not suggest it to anyone. Although somebody on the phone talked not nicely to my wife. However I liked the English speaking woman who I have so much respect for her behave. Cheers

Die schlimmste Erfahrung, die man machen kann!! Ich bin schwanger und warte seit einer Woche!!! auf mein Testergebnis. Es heißt ständig, dass sie überlastet seien, aber in meinem Umkreis hat JEDER, der positiv getestet wurde, am NÄCHSTEN TAG das Testergebnis erhalten! Ich habe schon verstanden, dass es zu einer Belastung gekommen ist, aber erst nach Ende der Quarantänezeit das Testergebnis zu erhalten, ist lächerlich!!! Zudem weiß ich ja nicht mal, ob ich mich infiziert habe und muss 2 Wochen zu Hause bleiben.

Am 3.11.2020 habe ich auf Corona Virus einen Abstrich gemacht. Am 4.11.2020 ist das Ergebnis ins Labor eingegangen und bis heute gibt es kein Ergebnis, obwohl auf der Website steht, dass es maximal bis 72 Stunden dauern konnte. Auf meine Anrufe habe ich die Standarte Antworten erhalten, bis ich mit Labor nicht verbunden wurde und trotzdem habe keine ausführliche Information bekommen. Ich würde euch abraten bei Bioscientia es zu machen, da es Ewigkeit dauern könnte.

Meine Probe ging am 04.11. laut Online Seite im Labor ein. Bis heute kein Ergebnis! Auf der Online Seite seht nun nicht einmal mehr das die Probe eingegangen ist. Zur Klärung steht nur eine automatische Ansage per Telefon bereit. Statt 72h nun schon 168h!
