I would not recommend this shop. Very bad and unresponsive customer service. According to my experience it seems that the customer has to take the initiative in order to figure out about their own orders. In addition to that it seems that they do not even know what they have in stock since the information on their website doe not match their current stock. Had some issues with some parts being promised but not delivered... twice! In the end I decided to order from another shop. Maybe I just had bad luck but such a sour experience definitely halts me from considering this shop for future purchases. Sorry Banzai, you definitely have a lot to improve on. Hope you do, such a pity if you do not.

Very pleased with all the experiences I had with Banzai! A friend of mine recommended it, and ever since i've been using it for strings and instrument parts, they have a pretty wide catalogue and provide good customer service (they eve replied on christmas day)! Would definetly recommend it
