Our dogs have been going there for many years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them. My dogs love Elke. I can literally drop them off or pick them up day and night. I do not understand the bad reviews at all.

My dog loves going to the Berghof. He is excited when we pull up and always in good shape when I pick him up. This is more than I can say for other kennels in the area. We have been using Berghof for the past two years. Elke is the best and my dog and I know it. Don't listen to the bad reviewers on here.
A nice lady who speaks well English and takes good care of dogs. I had my Yorkshire several times there.
My dogs, Mastiff Great Dane mix and Terrier mix, love this place. The dogs know when we're going there and they stay excited until they get there.
Sehr kompetente Leitung, großer Aussenauslauf für die Hunde, perfekte Versorgung, prima Unterbringung. Concerning those negative comments given by some Americans and Germans: you should have also mentioned the horrible condition your \beloved\ dogs were in, when you dropped them off. Don't put the blame of your own incapabilities concerning proper dog treatment on someone else. Especially not on Elke, who did everything possible to actually save your dogs from YOUR maltreatment.
