The bag I bought from the most abundand brand in the shop, Travelite, broke after 10 minutes of normal and responsible use. The client service was terrible; the woman who attended me was quite rude. They didn't want me to get my money back. In the end, I managed to buy another bag from another brand, since they wanted to give me a new bag from the SAME brand, which would break just as easily. I did not get a discount for the bag I bought, even thought I had to go 2 days to the shop in order to change the bag. And, apparently, they are ALWAYS out of stock and the bag you are buying is always the last one, so you do not get a new one from the warehouse. TERRIBLE SERVICE and POOR QUALITY BAGS. WOULD NOT RECOMEND AT ALL.

Ganz putzige Verkäuferinnen . Die Auswahl könnte etwas moderner sein und mit ein paar Aktionen vielleicht auch für Laufkundschaft attraktiver werden . Ansonsten top. Ich liebe meinen Rucksack .

Ich liebe diesen Laden :-) Das Personal ist nett und hilfbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man reißt sich fast ein Bein aus, falls einmal die gewünschte Farbe/ Ausführung des von Frau gewünschten Artikels nicht vorrätig ist und tut sein Bestes um den Artikel irgendwo zu bestellen/herzbekommen. Weiterhin kulant bei Rückgaben/Reklamationen. Die Damen die hier arbeiten kennen sich mit der Materie aus. Ich finde, man hat hier den Vorteil von persönlicher Beratung vs. Bestellung im Internet erkannt und punktet mit Know-How, guter Beratung und tollem Service. Daumen hoch!
