Definitely bigger and better then Hornbach but it's still not over the Globus Mark. Small Automotive section as well :/

Worst service ever. I order garden set via online reservation. Payment didn't work as I got an error from their service provider and staff in the shop even didn't try to help in problem solving. Instead they complain to me that I do not listen them. Really? There was no solution to this? Just try one more time with another reservation could help but they were not willing to do so as to much effort! I will look in another shops therefore...

Sometimes go there for different construction or other purchases. Couple of times I faced with a very good customer help experience. It is not always like that, but when asked a right person, who speaks english, the person is very helpful. Drive in is also convenient.

Very rude staff. To add to my previous bad experience, the store feedback was written in german. We are in a globalized world and if a customer starts a conversation in english, it would be good practice to reply on the same language. This is why Europe will never become a global power, all the languages reduce business and makes us smaller (each country on its own). To give you an example: Bauhaus site can only be found in german. Why american's Amazon entered so well in europe? Using a common language throughout all countries. Learn europe, learn!
